How tall is Al Pacino

American actor best known for playing Michael Corleone in The GodFather Trilogy, Tony Montana in Scarface and memorable roles in Carlito's Way, Heat, Glengarry Glen Ross, Sea of Love, Scent of a Woman, Serpico, The Irishman and Dog Day Afternoon. In the book Godfather Legacy, Harlan Lebo writes, "He wore lifts in other scenes", although another book 'A Life on the Wire' mentioned that Coppola's idea of putting Al in elevator shoes backfired, "You're walking like Donald Duck!", to which Pacino replied "Get those lifts out of my shoes and I may walk straighter.". On his arrest sheet, Al was described as "5-7" with a weight of "150 pounds".
Al was short, about 5ft 7...he worried out loud to me that his height might negatively affect his acting career.
